Lighthouse offers investment opportunities exclusively to wholesale investors** who want to be part of the journey and invest alongside Lighthouse in development projects.

Lighthouse works with wholesale investors under two investment scenarios, being:
A new company is established whereby an investor would own shares alongside Lighthouse. This company would then acquire and develop a single asset project, whereby all shareholders would share any profit or loss.
A wholesale investor lends money to a Lighthouse entity at a fixed interest rate, with interest paid monthly.

What we return.
Minimum investment
The minimum investment amount is $750,000 for wholesale investors; however, exclusions apply.
Minimum 18-month investment term.
Only available to qualifying wholesale investors. No Retail investors.
